The property will include an intimate hotel with suites, a wellness centre with hammam and spa, garden dining, and a cultural pavilion. The Living Madrasa. conceived as a shared space for conversation, generosity, and the quiet appreciation of beauty together.
A limited number of branded villas will be available through VEFA off-plan, each set within the ancient palm grove with private gardens and direct access to the hotel's services. Design development is underway. details will follow as the master plan takes shape.
