WABI
WABI is the operating philosophy behind every Adeem Capital property. It is the understanding that beauty lives in what is simple, unhurried, and honest. That presence is rarer than luxury. That attention, given and received, is the most profound thing one person can offer another.
Each property is designed and run as if it were the only one. WABI does not create an experience for the guest to consume. It creates space for rest, for presence, for connection, and then steps back. What is consistent is the discipline.

Ben Yosef
A 4-hectare freehold estate inside Marrakesh's Royal Palmeraie. One of the last undeveloped parcels in the most protected zone of the city. The project comprises 22 keys: 15 suites, one Maqam, a wellness sanctuary, and 6 branded villas, all designed around the existing palm canopy and the ancient seguia water channels that cross the land.
Every structure is built from local materials by Maâllem craftsmen using techniques passed down through generations. The architecture does not compete with the landscape. It belongs to it.

A 96-acre sanctuary between Kilimanjaro and Meru. 30 suites and 19 private villas set within the Arusha highlands near Nduruma. Two parcels at altitude, offering cool temperatures, extraordinary light, and uninterrupted views of both summits.
The project is conceived as a conservation-led development. A place where rewilding and hospitality are not in tension but are the same act. Guests do not visit the land. They participate in its recovery.
